Repair the source first
Errors in a source become errors in the answers.
No later step can correct a bad source, so we repair the text before we index it. Walter Russell's corpus arrived with 18 of its 21 sources as damaged OCR. We repaired all 18.

The belief comes before the words
Most persona bots agree about everything, because language models are trained to be agreeable. Revive gives each mind a worldview that we write by hand from its sources. The mind takes its position from that worldview before it writes a word.
